To understand buttons, it is important to consider the evolution of the product. Early buttons wereintelligent bodywith low-code workflow development as its primary form; in December 2025, the official team upgraded the “Kouzi Development Platform” to “Kouzi Programming.” Kouzi 3.0, released on May 29, 2026, centers on multi-user collaboration, multi-agent collaboration, project spaces, and cross-device workflows. These represent key milestones in the evolution of the product; therefore, tutorials for building robots in older versions should not be directly applied as instructions for using the current office platform.

Research, writing, and development tasks can proceed independently and then be consolidated around the same set of materials.
• Skills, MCP, and Plugins:Skills provide methods for performing tasks; MCP connects to external data and tools; plugins can combine skills, tools, and user interfaces. When adding an extension, you should carefully consider what data it can read and what it can modify, rather than just looking at the example results.
• Interactive user interface:The plugin's panel can display a canvas, a data dashboard, a table, or an audio/video timeline. When users select and modify content within the interface, these actions can serve as context for the Agent to continue its work, making it ideal for adjusting the output while viewing the results.

When using the desktop version with local files and software, you’ll need to connect and authorize access; just because you can open a project on the web doesn’t mean you automatically have access to all the files on your computer.

What Tasks Is It Suitable For?

Buttons are suitable for tasks that have clear deliverables and involve multiple steps. Different Agents can handle different stages of the process, but the user still needs to ensure consistency in facts, acceptance criteria, and the final version.

It’s only when documents, collaboration, and tool execution are actually in place that projects and extended capabilities offer clear value. Having multiple agents doesn’t mean their answers automatically verify each other; if they use the same incorrect data, they may still arrive at consistent but incorrect results.

Breaking tasks down into deliverables that can be accepted individually makes it easier to catch errors than requiring all materials to be generated at once.
4. Revise based on specific results.Check the date, registration link, price, and brand name, then point out specific revisions such as “Shorten the poster title” and “Keep this restriction in the body text.” When using Panel, review both the actual layout and the text at the same time to avoid relying solely on confirmation via chat.
5. Complete the delivery inspection.Compare the final document item by item against the original fact sheet to verify that the file opens properly, the layout is not cut off, and the links are functional, and then save a consolidated version. Any steps involving public release or data entry into external systems should be completed separately after obtaining explicit authorization.

If the task were to involve developing a registration webpage, it would be necessary to explicitly define the form fields, data flow, access permissions, and error messages. The ability to generate a preview page merely indicates that a prototype has been created; it does not replace security checks, testing with real data, or subsequent maintenance.

How to Choose Between Notion AI and Kimi When Creating the Same Deliverable

When creating an event proposal, Kimi is well-suited for organizing materials into sessions and using its research, document processing, and presentation capabilities to finalize the draft; in contrast, Koudou allows you to assign multiple people and Agents to a project, install extensions, and save various deliverables. If the primary need is for an individual to organize materials and deliver a single document, you can start by testing Kimi; if multiple colleagues need to continuously refine various assets, Kimi’s project organization approach is worth comparing.

Notion AI can also organize project materials and handle tasks, but it primarily focuses on Notion pages, databases, and connected knowledge. If your project execution spreadsheet has been maintained in Notion for a long time, updating it directly within Notion may be more convenient; if tasks span documents, design interfaces, and development tools, the "Kouzi" extension and project collaboration features are better suited to this workflow. Changes in Inputs and Costs

Effective September 8, 2026, Kouzi will no longer support the creation of legacy “programming projects.” New tasks can be completed by agents using programming development, deployment, and operations plugins; existing projects will not be affected by this change. Usage is managed based on packages, points, and specific capabilities; external models, tools, or deployment services may also incur their own costs. It’s more reliable to first use a real-world task to verify the delivery format, required scalability, and resource consumption before deciding whether to upgrade, rather than estimating long-term costs based on a single demonstration.
