Conducting Work Related to Legal Materials

Law and Case Law Search:Enter a problem, the key points of a dispute, or a description of the facts to search for relevant laws and regulations and judicial documents, and analyze the connection between similar cases and the issue at hand. The legal search function supports semantic understanding as well as precise and fuzzy searches.

Text Reading and Document Generation:Read the provided materials and identify the legal parties, relationships, and timeline of events; when drafting legal documents, you may use a case description or prior correspondence, and combine them with templates, key elements, and legal claims to generate a draft.

Contract Review:Review contract terms, compliance, business logic, and potential risks in accordance with review rules, and support custom rules. Corporate legal counsel can use this to standardize the focus of initial reviews, after which the responsible personnel can determine whether to adopt the recommendations.
