Milestones

1. in the early stages::

   • In 2005, Wuhan Huacan Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. was registered and founded by private entrepreneurs together with seafarer technology experts. The company's core technologists worked for Hangzhou Silan Mingxin Company and held technical management positions.

2. plateau::

   • In 2010, the company entered the top three in the domestic industry in the field of LED chips and the second in the display segment, marking the company's leading position in the LED chip industry.
   • In 2012, the company was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, which further enhanced the company's popularity and influence.
   • In 2014, the company laid out the plant lighting market and has now become one of the most important suppliers of plant lighting LED chips in the world.
   • In 2016, the company acquired Yunnan Blue Crystal and developed into a production base for sapphire substrates, which provides important raw materials for LED epitaxial wafers.

3. Diversification stage::

   • In 2020, the company began to enter the field of GaN power electronic devices, R & D products for mobile consumer electronics terminal fast chargers, other power supply equipment, cloud computing big data server center, communications and automotive applications and other fields.
   • In 2023, the Company became a holding subsidiary of BOE Group to jointly expand Mini/Micro LED cutting-edge technology and products. In the same year, Guangdong Huacan Zhuhai Micro LED wafer manufacturing and packaging test base project started construction, marking the company's further expansion in Mini/Micro LED field.

   • In terms of devices, the company has completed the small batch sampling and testing of 650V GaN products, providing technical support for product applications in this field.
