Beijing Silicon Mobility Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in August 2023, focusing on theAI infrastructure(AI Infra) field, is committed to reducing the cost and development threshold of large model applications and accelerating the popularization of general artificial intelligence (AGI). Headquartered in Haidian District, Beijing, the company's business covers a wide range of areas, including basic AI software development, application software development, and technical services.

Team Strength

The founder of SiliconFlow, Yuan Jinhui, is the former founder and CEO of OneFlow, and was a supervising researcher at Microsoft Research Asia, where he received a special award from the President of Microsoft Research Asia. He received his PhD in Computer Science from Tsinghua University in 2008, where he studied under Academician Zhang Cymbal, the founder of Artificial Intelligence in China. SiliconFlow's core team members are mostly from first-class technologies, with deep AI technology accumulation and technical ability to manage large-scale AI computing clusters, and is the only startup team in the world to develop a distributed deep learning framework.

1. SiliconCloud Cloud Platform::
   • Silicon Mobility launched a one-stop big model API cloud service platform, integrating hundreds of mainstream open-source models such as Ali Tongyi Qianqian Qwen, DeepSeek, and Wisdom Spectrum GLM-4.
   • It supports elastic arithmetic scheduling, improves fragmented arithmetic utilization, and solves the problem of mismatch between dynamic demand and static supply.
   • We provide a variety of solutions such as API service, big model all-in-one machine, software subscription, etc., covering finance, manufacturing, entertainment and other fields.
2. High Performance Inference Engine::
   • The high-performance inference engine independently developed by Silicon Mobility significantly improves the computational efficiency of the chip, especially in the deep adaptation with the domestic chip, realizing a major breakthrough in domestic arithmetic.
   • For example, Silicon Mobility was the first to launch a domestic arithmetic-basedDeepSeek-R1&V3 service, user experience and cost-effective to the international mainstream GPU level.

Financing

1. angel round financing: Completed in January 2024, with an investment of approximately $50 million from Innovation Works, Qiji Chuangtan, and Yaotou Capital.
2. Angel + Series Financing: Completed in July 2024, led by a well-known industrial party, followed by Wisdom Spectrum AI, 360, Shui Mu Tsinghua Alumni Fund, etc., and followed by the old shareholders, Yewtow Capital, in excess of the amount.
