Instructions for use

1、Installation and Login

• Download Client: Users need to visit the official website of ima.qq.com and download the corresponding ima.copilot client according to their computer operating system (Windows or Mac).
• Installation and Login: After the download is complete, follow the prompts to install. After successful installation, open ima.copilot and enter your Tencent account and password to login. If you don't have a Tencent account, you can register one first.

2. Building and using a knowledge base

• Adding Content to the Knowledge Base::

  • Built on online content: In ima.copilot, enter a question or keyword, such as "what are the domestic AI drawing tools", and ima.copilot will answer based on what is retrieved online. Users can add quality search results directly to the knowledge base. On the search results page, click the "Add" button in the upper right corner to add content to the knowledge base. In addition, ima.copilot can also retrieve public articles, a feature not available in other AI search tools.
  • Built on local filesUsers can also upload local files to the Knowledge Base. Click "Knowledge Base" on the left sidebar, and then click the "+" button on the upper right corner to upload local files. Currently, Tencent allocates 1GB of knowledge base space for each ima.copilot user.

• Knowledge base-based searchCopilot will answer questions based on the user's knowledge base by typing them into the input box on the "Knowledge Base" screen. In addition, users can also choose to use "AI Search" to answer questions.

3、Use the intelligent writing function

1. Launching Intelligent Writing: Users can enter a topic or keyword in the search box and click the "Smart Writing" button, or type "/" directly into their notes to bring up more features, including Smart Writing.
2. Writing and editing: In the Smart Writing interface, users can input the topic or content of the article, and ima.copilot will generate the corresponding article based on the input. Users can edit and modify the generated articles to meet their needs.
3. Save & Export: After finishing editing, users can click the Save button on the top right corner to save the article to a notebook or knowledge base. In addition, users can export the article to Word, PDF and other formats.

4, the use of document interpretation function

1. Upload a documentUsers can upload local documents for interpretation via the Attachment button in the search box or the "Document Interpretation" button below. Currently, ima.copilot supports the interpretation of documents in PDF, Word and other formats.
2. Interpretation and summary: ima.copilot interprets and summarizes the uploaded documents, extracting key information and content from them. Users can view the details and structure of the document in the interpretation result.
3. Generate a brain mapIf the user needs to understand the content of the document more intuitively, he/she can choose to generate a brain map. ima.copilot will automatically generate a corresponding brain map based on the content of the document to help the user better understand and memorize it.

5. Using the notes function

1. take down notes: Users can jot down their thoughts, inspirations or important information in ima.copilot's Notes feature. Typing "/" in the search box or in the notes will call up more functions such as amplification, abbreviation, translation, etc.
2. Management Notes: Users can categorize, tag and manage and search notes. In addition, ima.copilot supports saving notes to a knowledge base or exporting to other formats.

6、Global scratch word function

ima.copilot also provides a global scratch word function. Users can encounter words or sentences they do not understand while browsing content using other applications on their computers, and select the phrase to call up ima.copilot for interpretation or translation. This feature greatly improves the efficiency of the user's access to information and understanding of the content.
