About HYGON

Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Tianjin, Haikuang Information Technology Co., Ltd ("HYGON") is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, design and sales of high-end processors. The Company is held by Dawning of China Science and Technology Corporation ("Dawning"), with the Institute of Computing Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences ("ICTC") as the de facto controller, and possesses a strong scientific background and technological strength.HYGON was successfully listed on the Science and Technology Board in August 2022, marking the opening of a new chapter in the capital market.

Milestones

Start-up and technology accumulation (2014-2017)

Since its inception, HYGON has been committed tochip designtechnology development and innovation, and strive to build core products with international competitiveness.In 2016, the company established two subsidiaries, HYGON Integration and Haikou Microelectronics, in a joint venture with AMD, and obtained the technology authorization of high-end processors, which provided important support for the company's subsequent technological progress and product development. Through technology introduction and independent research and development, HYGON has rapidly accumulated the core technology of chip design, laying a solid foundation for subsequent development.

Technological breakthroughs and product iterations (2018-2021)

In 2018, HYGON successfully mass-produced its first-generation CPU product, Haikou I, marking the company's formal entry into the high-end processor market. Subsequently, the Company continued to push forward the technology iteration, mass-produced HYGON II CPU in 2020, and initiated the R&D and design of DCU (Data Computing Unit).At the end of 2021, HYGON realized the mass-production of Deep Computing I, the first DCU product of HYGON, which further enriched the Company's product line.

In 2022, HYGON was successfully listed on the Science and Technology Board, which enhanced the company's industry status and influence.
